Linda Cavazos
Linda has owned Care Cleaning since 2005 and loves working with her staff. She enjoys getting to know clients and their families, giving the business a personal touch.
Her favorite part of being self-employed is that she can openly walk her walk with God and be an example of grace, charity and mercy. She loves running Care Cleaning on Christian principles. Business ownership also means that she can give back to the community with organizations such as Cleaning for a Reason and Mercy Mall of Virginia.
Linda is also well known for her love of cats, having some as part of her family both at work and at home. She feeds numerous local feral cats outside her office, in addition to having office mascots that reside at the business.

Dalhia Cavazos
In addition to the graphic design work she does for Care Cleaning (including our lovable skunk logo), Dalhia loves marketing and design because they involve multifaceted processes that create interesting challenges.
Art is where her heart is, and she is a fiber artist and painter. She’s passionate about color and texture, both painting and working with fiber let her explore these elements. Last year, she won 5 first place awards in painting competitions. Another hobby is researching fashion from the 1800s and early 1900s, another expression of color and texture. You can see her paintings at dalhiaartist.com and graphic design/marketing work at http://www.behance.net/
When she’s not working on art and design, you can find her reading, snuggling cats, and enjoying fun cat stuff on Facebook. She loves that Care Cleaning is a supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset. The cats in the office are a real bonus.

Heather
The mom of 3 handsome boys, Heather enjoys playing games with them, taking them to the lake, and fishing. When she’s not doing awesome work with Care Cleaning, she may be having a relaxing bubble bath, meditating, or scrapbooking.
Heather finds her passion in making homes beautiful and adding her quality touch to take care of Care Cleaning clients. She loves working here because the staff feels like a big team. She sees her coworkers as partners who always help one another.

Crystal
With two daughters and a son at home, Crystal has plenty going on! She enjoys spending time with them, along with taking her “fur babies” for walks, cooking, and heading to the beach. When she’s not making client homes shine, you may find her shopping, baking, or working on her car.
When asked what she likes about cleaning, Crystal said, “Cleaning has a process, an end, and a result.” She loves that she can see the visually appealing difference her work has made after even a short time. Knowing she helped a client have a clean home gives her great satisfaction.
One of her favorite things about working at Care Cleaning is that every employee is a team player. She also loves the way she’s able to help others through her work.

Dee
Team supervisor Dee has three grown children and loves crafting. She particularly enjoys cooking and knitting. When Busch Gardens is open, you may find her there, in Williamsburg, or at Yorktown Beach.
After over 25 years in the cleaning industry, Dee is certainly a pro. She loves getting to see different home layouts and decor. When it comes to her work at Care Cleaning, she loves her clients and enjoys working with this great group of ladies.

April
Since one of April’s favorite activities is organizing her house, we know she’s in the right line of work! She also likes creating new crafts and decorations and experimenting with dinner recipies. When it’s time to relax, April enjoys finding something to watch on Netflix.
April gets a lot of satisfaction from seeing the difference between a bad “before” to a fantastic end product. It gives her great joy to make a difference in people’s lives by completing tasks they may not otherwise have time to do and helping to keep their homes clean. Working at Care Cleaning feels like home to her.

Susie
Animal lover Susie (pictured her with her pup Maggie) loves spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and her dogs. You can often find her shopping yard sales on Saturdays or scrapbooking, crafting, and reading.
In addition to caring for the office kitties, Susie takes great pride in providing excellent care for clients’ pets and thoroughly enjoys what she does. She enjoys the atmosphere at Care Cleaning and notes that everyone gets along so well, always looking out for one another. She says the owner, Linda, is a great boss and genuinely cares about each staff member and client.

Corie
Whether it’s at the park or the beach, Corie loves playing with her young son. She also loves to use her creativity by painting and drawing.
Corie believes that organization and cleanliness make life smoother day by day, and she loves giving clients a little ease in their day, even if it’s simply just coming home to a clean house. Always organizing, she loves the ability to control her time during the day to get her tasks completed.

Dani
With her diverse tastes, Dani enjoys gaming, cooking, gardening, cosplay, art, and archery. She has 3 “kitty babies” and loves game nights with her friends.
When asked what she likes about cleaning, Dani says that she enjoys the smell and feel of a clean space. It gives her great satisfaction to transform an area so she or others can enjoy the result. She’s thankful for a wonderful, caring boss, satisfied and pleased clients, and (of course) the office cats.

Angelyna
Angelyna loves seeing the difference her cleaning makes for others, which makes sense because she loves helping people! In addition to caring about others and spending time with friends and family (along with her cat, Weenie), she is passionate about the environment.
One thing Angelyna loves about working at Care Cleaning is the positive work environment and family-like atmosphere.

Croom
With her love of cats, especially the office mascots, Care Cleaning is the perfect place for Croom to work. She appreciates being able to see an immediate result from her cleaning work. In her spare time, Croom likes to catch up on sleep and further her green thumb hobby with plants.

Karla
One of Karla’s favorite things to do is play video games, and she also loves arts, crafts and games. She finds working at Care Cleaning a positive experience because everyone is so nice to get along with (and she loves the lavender uniforms). Giving people a fresh start with a clean space gives her great satisfaction and allows her to take pride in her work.

Foster
Foster got his name because he was not to stay with us permanently, just until we found him a good home. He is what is called a “foster fail”. Once he wiggled his way in with the staff we could not let him go. We found him in the fall of 2016 in the parking lot – sadly, we think someone abandoned him. He is safe now and very happy. Always ready to play and eat (he is on a diet now – not much success so far)

Frankie
Frankie is our big, fluffy boy. He came to our office in the summer of 2007 with his brother Johnnie. He was probably about 6 weeks old and was found in a tree stump. Another love muffin , he loves for his head and back to be rubbed….. all the time. Frankie also likes to give his feline family a bath – whether they want one or not. He is picky about his cat food but will not be shy to ask, beg or grab your people food (which he rarely gets). Frankie helps the staff get ready for their route in the mornings by talking to them (loudly) and demanding to be petted, he knows the staff really want to stay with him every day instead of leaving him behind to do their cleaning.

Fred
Fred – younger brother of Bobarino, was born in our warehouse on January 7, 2007. He had 2 litter mates, Precious and Bubbies. They were all born with really short or no tails – mystery to us since both parents had regular long tails. Fred is a sweet gentle soul who loves to be loved on. He often is holding my hand while I am typing at the computer. We have conversations but I am not sure what he is telling me but he is very insistent that I listen. Loud noises will send him running under the sofa – which is not easy for him, he has to lay on his side and pull himself to get under and back out.

Bobarino (Bob)
Bobarino “Bob” – was our first permanent office kitty. He came to us as a 4 month old kitten with his kitty mommy and quickly became the king of the office. He loved to play hide and seek in the office trash cans and under blankets on the sofa, plus he had a real thing for getting into purses. He was the surrogate big brother for all the kitties that moved into the office and kept everyone in line. He was the “real” big brother for Precious and Fred and took great care of them after their mommy kitty moved to her new house. Sadly, our sweet Bobarino passed away unexpectedly May, 2017.

Johnnie
Johnnie – our muscular boy. He came to our office in the summer of 2007 with his brother Frankie. He was probably about 6 weeks old and was found in a tree stump. He was always the first one to take my office chair if I dared to get up to leave the chair unguarded. At least, he always left a warm spot. He loved sitting in front of his brother, Frankie, while they simultaneously gave each other baths. Johnnie was the investigator, he always wanted to know what we were doing with his inquisitive look of “What’ca doin'”. He could always be found wherever the sun was shining into the office – getting his tan on. Sadly, Johnnie passed away 2017 due to lung cancer. Gone but definitely not forgotten.

Precious
Precious – younger sister of Bobarino, was born in our warehouse on January 7, 2007. She had 2 litter mates, Fred and Bubbies. She was the only girl kitty and the boys liked to tease and chase her – not her favorite past time. She loved to cuddly with her brothers, Fred and Bobarino, and especially liked having her belly rubbed. Precious had favorite rubber soccer ball cat toys. She would walk around holding one in her mouth and repeatedly meow, loudly. She developed Diabetes in 2018. Although she had to have 2 shots a day and constant ear poking to test her blood sugars she never complained or ran off. Unfortunately, Precious passed away November 2020 leaving a hole in our hearts for such a sweet, little girl.

Floyd
Little Floyd is the new addition to our office mascots. He moved in with us July 2022. Floyd is full of mischief and adventure; we have had to kitten proof the office. We are still looking for dry erase pens under the furniture. Floyd’s number one job is to keep us entertained – he does it well. He will play so hard and plop down for a quick nap. Fred, Frankie, and Foster are trying hard to keep up with the little dude. He is a love muffin and has a very loud purr, what a great addition to our Care Cleaning Family.

Sammie
Sammie has been part of our “Sidewalk Gang” for a few years now. A few weeks ago, he sashayed into the office and has not left since. He is a love muffin with all the kitties and staff. Sammie has made himself very comfortable. He loves having food at his beck and call and staying warm and dry. He really enjoys looking out the window at the other members of the “Sidewalk Gang” – he doesn’t seem to miss being a part of the Gang. Hopefully, he is not taunting them.
